Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Traigger ("Traigger", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Traigger website, applications and services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully — by using the Service you agree to them.
1. What Traigger is
Traigger is an AI prompt-engineering companion. You start from a rough idea, answer a short series of adaptive questions, and Traigger helps you turn it into a clearer, stronger prompt that you can copy, save, or take to an AI assistant of your choice (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok or DeepSeek). Traigger helps you write prompts; it does not provide those third-party assistants and is not affiliated with them.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use the Service. If you are under that age, you may not create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@traigger.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not: (a) use the Service to create, refine or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes others' rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service; (c) use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
6. Your prompts and content
You keep all rights you have in the prompts and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Traigger a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to generate refinement questions, optimise your prompt, and save it to your account. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
7. AI-generated output
The Service uses artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic. Prompts and suggestions it produces may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and they are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you rely on or publish it. You use AI output at your own risk.
8. Third-party assistants and services
When you take a prompt to a third-party AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok or DeepSeek), your use of that assistant is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Traigger also relies on third-party providers to deliver its features (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (other than Your Content), is owned by Traigger or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks or branding. We welcome feedback, and you agree we may use feedback you provide without obligation to you.
10. Availability, changes and beta features
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are actively developing Traigger and may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. Some features may be offered as beta or experimental and may behave unpredictably.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your account and saved prompts (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Traigger disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traigger will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from AI output or third-party services, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Quebec will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
